Posted: 05 Feb 2016 07:30 PM PST

Although Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will be the biggest opening shot of the burgeoning DC Comics-based movie universe, some people forget that we've already glimpsed the world that the forthcoming film is set to expand upon. In the summer of 2013, audiences saw the return of Superman to the big screen in the form of Man of Steel, which gave us our very first glimpse at a harder-edged version of the world's first superhero. Hear Batman's New Theme From 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'

Posted: 05 Feb 2016 04:30 PM PST

When you think of Batman, you may hear any number of theme songs in your head. Perhaps it's the nah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah of the 1960s TV series. Maybe it's Danny Elfman's majestically eerie music of Tim Burton's version (or Prince's "Batdance" from the same movie). Posted: 05 Feb 2016 01:30 PM PST

Last year we got a peek at concept art for Justice League: Mortal, the project that George Miller was slated to direct back in 2007. Our own Chris Clow provided a very detailed account of the project nearly three years ago, pointing out that Miller had been "relatively silent" about his role in the production. Miller, who has now been nominated for two Academy Awards for his work as producer and director of Mad Max: Fury Road, recently sat down with The Hollywood Reporter to discuss some of his career highlights. He also touched on the superhero project that, sadly, never took flight. "There was a really great script. And Warners said, 'Let's do it. Let's do a Justice League.' I really was attracted to it. But there was a writers strike...
