One of the benefits of Blu-ray is that it contains a heck of a lot more space for lobbing in a lot of content and increasing dialogue, texture data and music. In the case of Fallout 4, Bethesda is taking the opportunity to utilize that extra space to add in a lot more music in the game than what was featured in Fallout 3... three times as much music, to be exact.
