Daniel Craig's 'The Force Awakens' Role and 10 Other 'Star Wars' Cameos Through the Years Posted: 15 May 2015 09:00 PM PDT The secret may be out of the bag for Daniel Craig, who supposedly has a cameo in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. If true, though, it may be difficult to spot the James Bond actor, because he's apparently playing a Stormtrooper. Meaning his face will be obscured. This potential revelation comes via Simon Pegg, who later claimed he was just relaying a popular rumor and doesn't know anything. When he was asked this week about his own rumored cameo in The Force Awakens, he let it slip that "I wasn't a Stormtrooper. Daniel Craig, he was a Stormtrooper." Then he added, "I shouldn't have said that." Pegg knows something about secret, hidden cameos, as he interacted with a few in Shaun of the Dead (Coldplay's Chris Martin) and Hot... Kevin Bacon Wants To Make Another 'Tremors' Movie Posted: 15 May 2015 06:00 PM PDT Tremors is a perfect movie. The creature feature about a tiny town dealing with some not-so-tiny prehistoric worms was perfect when it hit theaters in 1990, and it's still perfect 25 years later. You know who agrees? Kevin Bacon, who revealed this week that he'd love to make another Tremors. Perhaps what's most interesting about his quote is that he wasn't asked the direct hypothetical of "Would you ever make another Tremors movie?" The UK paper Metro [via We Got This Covered] asked what movie from his career would maybe benefit the most from modern CGI, and he was the one who brought up making another one. “Definitely Tremors, but part of what’s great about that movie is there are next to no digital effects. The monsters are done with... Read More This posting includes an audio/video/photo media file: Download Now |
