| Scott Adkins’ ‘Boyka: Undisputed IV’ starts production! Posted: 18 Jun 2015 12:50 AM PDT  "Undisputed II: Last Man Standing" Japanese DVD Poster THE MOVIE: Undisputed IV (tentatively titled Boyka: Undisputed IV), has started production. Returning will be director Isaac Florentine, choreographer Larnell Stovall and screenwriter David N. White. Scott Adkins, the film’s mega-talented star and martial artist from Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning, Assassination Games and Wolf Warrior is obviously returning as the title character, Yuri Boyka. Updates: Update from the Seni Event. According to KFC, Adkins spoke of the long-awaited return of Uri Boyka in Undisputed IV. He and Florentine wants the character seen in the right frame of mind. BREAKING NEWS: Here’s an update from Adkins himself (via FB): “I’m very happy to announce that tomorrow I leave for Bulgaria to begin work on Boyka: Undisputed IV. It’s been 6 years since we shot part 3 and the character of Yuri Boyka seems to have took on a life of his own. Not a day goes by without a comment on this Facebook page about when Boyka will return – well the time has come!! I’m sure this will be one of the toughest shoots in my career and I hope that you will ALL support this movie the right way when it gets released. We will do our best to give the fans of these genre movies what they want.” |

| Posted: 18 Jun 2015 12:20 AM PDT  "The Deadly Reclaim" Chinese Teaser Poster Currently in post-production is Benny Chan’s (Shaolin) The Deadly Reclaim, a period martial arts film that tells the story of a pack of villagers standing up to a young warlord. The film is set in 1914, following the collapse of the Qing dynasty. The film stars Lau Ching Wan (The Bullet Vanishes), Louis Koo (Flash Point), Eddie Peng (Rise of the Legend), Wu Jing (Wolf Warrior), Liu Kai Chi (The Viral Factor), Philip Keung (Unbeatable), Yuan Quan (Once Upon A Time In Shanghai), Jiang Shuying (So Young), Sammy Hung (Choy Lee Fut) and Berg Ng (The Grandmaster). Sammo Hung (14 Blades) will be handling the action choreography. The Deadly Reclaim is slated to hit theaters later this year. Until then, here’s some production photos (via HKSAR). |
