Starz Takes Two Seasons of Blunt Talk, Starring Patrick Stewart Posted: Starz today announced a two-season, 20-episode greenlight of "Blunt Talk," a half-hour scripted comedy series from Media Rights Capital. The project, from Seth MacFarlane ("Family Guy," Ted ) and Jonathan Ames ("Bored to Death"), was picked up straight-to-series with 20 episodes over two seasons, set to air in 2015. |
A&E Network Gives the Green Light to The Returned Posted: A&E Network has given the greenlight to 10 episodes of the new original scripted drama series "The Returned," a co-production of A+E Studios and FremantleMedia North America. Carlton Cuse ("Bates Motel") wrote the first episode, and he and Raelle Tucker ("True Blood") will write and executive produce the series. Casting will begin immediately. The announcement was made today by David McKillop, General Manager and Executive Vice President of A&E Network. |
