The Extended Trailer for Michael Bay's The Last Ship

TNT has released an extended trailer for "The Last Ship," executive produced by Michael Bay and starring Eric Dane ("Grey's Anatomy"), Rhona Mitra ("Strike Back") and Adam Baldwin ("Firefly," "Chuck"). The series premieres on Sunday, June 22nd at 9pm ET/PT. This new trailer will run in movie theaters starting tomorrow, Friday, April 25.

Friday the 13th Franchise Plans New Television Series

The "Friday the 13th" franchise is heading back to the small screen. Deadline reports that, unlike the late '80s series that borrowed only the name from the slasher film franchise, the new show will follow Jason Vorhees, reimagining the supernatural killer in a variety of different time periods. Bill Basso and Jordu Schell are attached to script with Roy Knyrim signed on to provide the makeup effects.

Meg Ryan has joined the cast of CBS' upcoming sitcom "How I Met Your Dad," EW reports. She'll provided the show's first-person narration, just like Bob Saget did on "How I Met Your Mother".
