The web slinger isn't in a ton of the film, but he elevates the scenes he's in while every line of dialogue he speaks not only builds upon the new version they're introducing to the world (played by Tom Holland), but they're all so wickedly enjoyable. | See Proof That Daisy Ridley's Rey Is a Much More Badass Jedi in 'Star Wars Episode VIII' Posted: 26 Apr 2016 01:30 PM PDT Much in the same way Luke Skywalker spent much of Empire Strikes Back learning how to be a proper Jedi, we have a feeling some of those elements will carry over to the second film in the new Star Wars trilogy, currently known only as Episode VIII. Both Rey and Kylo Ren will probably spend a chunk of the film mastering their differing ways of the Force. We imagine Luke will teach Rey the ways of the Jedi, while Snoke assists Kylo Ren in finishing his transformation to the Dark Side. In a new video posted on Daisy Ridley's Instagram page, she shows off some of the rad moves she's been practicing for the sequel, currently in production and scheduled to hit theaters on December 15, 2017.
