We've Seen 'Avengers: Age Of Ultron' -- Here Are 5 Things You Want To Know

Posted: 21 Apr 2015 08:09 PM PDT

Yes, we've seen Avengers: Age of Ultron... and, yes, it's just as rad as you want it to be. Without spoiling its greatest moments, here are five things you want to know about one of the biggest superhero sequels of all time.   Is it better than The Avengers? Of course this would be your first question! And of course it's a difficult one to answer! Avengers: Age of Ultron isn't necessarily better than The Avengers; it's just different. If the first one was about them coming together as a team, this one is about why they stay together and for how long should they stay together. Nothing will ever top the first time you watched the Avengers fight alongside each other on the streets of New York City, but the sheer nerdalicious joy of watching that scene...

Reel TV: 'Galaxy Quest' To Get a TV Show Instead of a Sequel

Posted: 21 Apr 2015 08:00 PM PDT

According to Galaxy Quest star Tim Allen, there is indeed a script written for a sequel, but as of today the only way to get more time with the crew of the NSEA Protector is to either rewatch the fantastic original film on a loop or to read the comic book series Galaxy Quest: The Journey Continues. But, in a great twist of fate, the movie about the cast of a sci-fi TV show who end up getting abducted by aliens is now gearing up to become an actual TV show. According to Variety, Paramount Television has begun the process of putting together the show, which would reunite the original's core creative team of Robert Gordon (screenwriter), Dean Parisot (director), and Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein (executive producers). And if there's a show in the works, it's safe to...

Posted: 21 Apr 2015 06:30 PM PDT

When will we get to see the Lego Movie sequels and spin-offs? Warner Bros. has set new dates for the next three animated features in their Lego Movie franchise, and they've also officially given the sequel a perfectly literal title: The Lego Movie Sequel. That will now come out on February 18, 2018, exactly four years after the first installment. As for the two spinoffs, The Lego Batman Movie arrives in theaters on February 10, 2017, while Ninjago, which had originally been scheduled for next year, will instead be released on September 22, 2017.   What about that one co-directed by Jason Segel? There's no official word yet on when Segel and Drew Pearce's The Billion Brick Race will hit screens, but it's believed this spinoff will fill the...

Joss Whedon Opens Up About 'Ant-Man,' Insane 'Avengers' Pressure, What's Next and More

Posted: 21 Apr 2015 05:05 PM PDT

Buzzfeed has a tremendously in-depth interview up with Avengers: Age of Ultron writer-director Joss Whedon that's packed to the gills with juicy details for Marvel fans. It's not just all about his latest epic, either. Since Whedon has become such a creative driving force at the studio, he's been involved in some capacity with nearly every project they have in the works, and thankfully he's not shy about sharing his opinions.   He doesn't understand why Marvel and Edgar Wright broke up Marvel and original Ant-Man writer-director Edgar Wright had a fairly public falling out last year, when the director, who had been involved with the movie for years, left the project over creative differences just months before it was set to start filming. Whedon...
