Fifty Shades of Grey is sure to be the most popular romantic feature ever released for the lovers' holiday, likely edging out current champion (and too-on-the-nose-titled) Valentine's Day. Fifty Shades has already broken presale records for an R-rated movie at Fandango, and we could actually see some fans doubling their pleasure before the opening weekend is through, first seeing the hot new adaptation the first chance they can on Thursday night and then seeing it again with a partner on the special date of dates on Saturday. | 'Hitman: Agent 47' Trailer Gives the Video Game a Fast and Furious Facelift Posted: 11 Feb 2015 06:30 PM PST The Hitman video games are notorious not just for the wide variety of ways you can execute targets, but for making it ridiculously hard to actually pull off your missions in just the right way. They emphasize stealth and planning and methodology over just crazy, over-the-top action. So, naturally, the trailer for the new movie, Hitman: Agent 47 (in theaters August 28), has little stealth, but tons of crazy, over-the-top action. If you have fond memories of the first Hitman movie back in 2007 and wanted to see more stories involving Timothy Olyphant's Agent 47, tough luck, because this is a total restart. Rupert Friend dons the barcode on the back of his shaved head this time around, and this movie doesn't acknowledge the last one in any way whatsoever. It's a brand... You tried asking that friend of yours who also read the books, but their babbling just sounds like a riddle you can't ever escape. What's up with this ring, again? What does it do? Why is it so powerful? Who is Sauron, exactly? What's the difference between the dwarves, elves and hobbits, if you don't mind me asking? As much as you can be entertained by a story with as rich a mythology as the Lord of the Rings, it's understandable that you won't, well, understand everything. Apatow, who cowrote his latest film Trainwreck with its star Amy Schumer, has a knack for deconstructing our everyday boring lives with immensely entertaining humor and heart, often with a side of awkward raunchiness.
