Netflix has announced that all 10 seasons, 236 episodes and 83 hours of the touchstone sitcom "Friends" will be available exclusively on Netflix starting January 1, 2015.

For current HBO GO users this will be interesting, but for those who haven't taken the plunge it will be huge: HBO has finally announced they will offer an online-only streaming service starting next year.

Following in the footsteps of Five Ghosts as well as Ronin and Letter 44, Syfy has announced today that they have acquired the rights to Dark Matter, the Dark Horse comic series created by Joseph Mallozzi and Paul Mullie of the "Stargate" franchise.

AMC and the UK's Channel 4 are teaming up for a new eight-part drama with a sci-fi twist titled "Humans," which is set to star Academy Award-winner William Hurt (Kiss of the Spider Woman, A History of Violence) and Katherine Parkinson of England's cult comedy "The IT Crowd."
